Only fresh eggs. The pastry is expertly crafted is made with 8 eggs per kilo of flour.
We use only fresh products of the season.
We thought about those who do not have the time, but do not want to give up the goodness and quality.
Special flours low in gluten: amaranth, quinoa, kamut, corn, rice, tritordeum.
The project combines research and creativity, and aims to enhance the authentic flavor of the raw materials. The quality of the product and its ease of preparation and of use meets the needs of consumers who are often forced to settle for refined foods or poor quality.
